Description of Changes
build.sh now defaults to a native build (64 bit unless run on a 32 bit system). The switch "--clean-plugins" was removed, as we no longer have plugins.
Rationale behind Changes
32 bits is going to be going away, and this makes it default to the version that should be used going forward.
Suggested Testing Steps
Make sure it builds as 32 bit and 64 bit. Make sure it doesn't break distributions building pcsx2.
