Description of Changes
Adds the Software Renderer FMV Hack to ICO for its opening video. (Not the sequence that appears right after the logo, but the video that appears after the Start Screen). Added Half-Pixel Offset (Vertex) to both games to fix misalignment issues. This also adds a very thin row of garbage in both games (in cutscenes and menus) to the left and up top (varies), but that's easily solved by zooming in a bit.
