PWORD asks for user address and phone number. That may not be appropriate for all sites.

Near the end PWORD says If you have any difficulties, send mail to USER-ACCOUNTS or call. If the PHONE parameter isn't set there is no phone number printed. It would be better to leave out or call in that case.
