在APPROVAL-CI中会跑PR的代码和develop代码，在跑develop的代码时候执行pip install -r requirements.txt 时候发现安装的是PR的代码，原因是在跑完develop的代码后会git branch -d 分支 删除了develop的requirements.txt ，目前的解决方法在跑完develop的代码后copy 一份到/tmp/requirements.txt ，在执行时候判断如果是develop代码就install /tmp/requirements.txt 可以解决问题。遇到的失败CI链接：https://xly.bce.baidu.com/paddlepaddle/paddle/newipipe/detail/1756188/job/2510902
