There have been features released in this library that have probably never worked reliably, and fixing would require compile-time API changes. Because these things never seemed to work properly, I'd argue the API was never stable and so we do not have any sort of API stability guarantee to abide by for these very specific bugs.

These are generally bugs where the types that we have defined for parsing JSON API responses do not work reliably for the data sent by PagerDuty.

I'm proposing that we use this v1.5.0 as that impactful release.
