The mouse genome has been updated to GRCm39 (from GRCm38).

Updating rat to 108 will change the assembly to mRatBN7.2 (from Rnor_6.0).

Updating human to 110 will change the assembly to GRCh38.p14 (from GRCh38.p13)

This is related to #378 and I will report any useful insights from this update to our storage of platform update.

STAR/RSEM index has been generated for Homo sapiens and is in progress for the two other species.
