Connect R to the PhotosynQ platform
This was protocols-arduino (used for MultispeQ Beta). This version is the basis for a range of devices which connect to the PhotosynQ platform. This includes the MultispeQ V1.0 and later the CoralspeQ. Other Teensy-based devices will also be able to use this firmware.

Schematic and PCB for the MultispeQ V1.0 device. Uses Kicad. This device has a MK20 MCU, a teensy boot loader (on a separate board), lithium battery charger, switching and linear power supplies, current controlled pulsed LEDs, photo-detectors, hall sensor, IR sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer, pressure sensor (BME280), color sensor, etc.

Ideacombiner collects many similarly named output files produced by the Ideaspec and combines them into a single .csv file, and also summarizes that data into another .csv file which is easier to analyze.
