SSDV is dropping last packet on rtty.

Thanks for spotting this, however that's the wrong fix.

The error is that the RTTY side is incrementing the packet number but
shouldn't be. The LoRa side is correct. So whilst your fix does fix
the RTTY side, it would break the LoRa side.

I'll push a fix when I've finished testing both.
