Refact de l'installation des bases de données.

Deux installations disponibles :

  • Celle de base qui se lance avec ./install_db.sh
  • La nouvelle se lançant avec ./install_db_extended.sh pour des zones plus grandes et un grand nombre de données.

Le fichier atlas.sql est éclaté en plusieurs dans le sous-dossier atlas/data/atlas

Des timers pour les créations des vms ont été rajoutés.
