Version 4.0.5.1

I've released version 4.0.5.1.

• Fixed button alignment (it was more obviously off in 1.14, but they were also off by a pixel in older versions... how did I not notice sooner?)
• Updated to 1.14.3
• 1.14: implemented new block entities (the lectern, the blast furnace and smoker, and the barrel)
  • Known issue: Note that custom names of containers are still not saved in 1.14, as was the case in 4.0.5.0.
• Fixed crash when opening the saved chunks screen before starting download (#123)
  • Note that it does not display saved chunks until downloading has started; this is something I will change later on.
• Known issue: Multiworld support can't be enabled on the prompt; selecting "done" simply reopens the screen (#128)
