Initial raw PDFtalk fileOut

This is the first output of the Smalltalk Transform version for VAST.
Included is an AugmentingReader which defines undeclared classes on the fly.
The output is one file which includes Values, Values Tools and all the tests.

Thanks to Lou, the Values Tools can be loaded and only some namespace related tests fail. It does not work yet...
