We can remove this examples README.md as it is obsolete. https://github.com/PowerShell/xWebAdministration/blob/dev/Examples/README.md

The integration tests should be made to create a scenario to set up a web site.
If we should use a dummy website as an example we should instead use something that is using MIT License. But that is another issue and PR. Just remove the README.md for now.
