does not work on new Samsung Neo QLED 2021

short error description:

• export channel list to usb
• edit with chanSort
• Saved back to USB
• tried to upload to Samsung NEO QLED
• error message: channel list not supported

any advise is much appreciated

Can you please send me your unmodified (*.bak) and modified (*.zip) channel list?

Did you by any chance rename the channel list or used "save as"? As far as I know the TV expects the file name to be exactly as it was exported. The number at the end of the file name is a version for the file format and the TV probably verifies that it matches its expected version.

This turned out to be a version mismatch between the file (version is part of the filename) and the TV's firmware.
