https://docs.prefect.io/cloud/agent/local.html doesn't appear to document the process of:

  • retrieving a runner token (from the UI + GraphQL)
  • starting the agent with that runner token from the CLI
  • storing that runner token in config

I think these three points would be good to document in that page, as well as in the Overview page for all agents.
