Instructions to run this program:

This is a command line application. It accepts 3 arguments start_year end_year category for ex; You can execute this program in your terminal with $ruby main.rb 2000 2020 chemistry

Testing:

To install Rspec do the following $ gem install Rspec $ rspec --init

you can run test using $ rspec spec
