Adds the
launchctl plistsubcommand.This is the closest I can get to a 1:1 copy, but it is still not completely 1:1. More specifically, the "no error occurred" cases are indeed 1:1, but the "error occurred" cases, especially edge cases, are not completely 1:1. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
