@im-evo is the tracker in Russian or Ukrainian, or do they use both? The HTML says ru, and using Google Translate and DeepL it detects the main body as being in Russian, but the announcement at the top is detected as being in Ukrainian.

This is primarily for our search keywordsfilters and results' title filters, i.e. [CС]езони? vs [CС]езоны?, [CС]ері[їяй]|Епізоди? vs [CС]ери[ияй]|Эпизод|Выпуски?, з vs из. See Mazepa and RuTracker.ru for examples.

Do they also use English? If so, are/can TV releases be spelled out as Season 1 Episode 2?

Ah, you don't have an account either.

I'll push this to Jackett first after you'll give the green tho.

Historically the website has been in Russian
Nearly all new content and announcements are in Ukrainian. The team is from Ukraine.

Same goes for the content, they seem to have switched to UA language entirely but older content is still in Russian. Thus I left both parsers.

Do they also use English? If so, are/can TV releases be spelled out as Season 1 Episode 2?

I think they don't
