Add repository description to mention it is deprecated

The repository description appears below the repository title, but most importantly, in search results and in https://github.com/pyside, thus avoiding having to visit the repository page to see the contents of the README. Thanks!

By the way, the shiboken2 repository mentioned in the README doesn't seem to exist anymore. If it was deleted, perhaps this one could be deleted as well?
