From a fresh Qbox build

1. Remove qbx_apartments
2. Remove qbx_houses
3. Either use no spawn system (so the core defaults to last location) or https://github.com/Qbox-project/qbx_spawn/

• Realtor job aspect. Simple command to make more properties. (steal more code from Tony)
  • Once house is sold, add option to add interaction points in the managemenu, e.g. clothing, stashes.
  • Besides buying options, figure out the rent stuff.
  • Adding multiple properties at the same location.
• Add decoration option in the managemenu. Use Gizmo.
• Garage options for properties and not apartments

• Figure out all the models to hide using EnableExteriorCullModelThisFrame when inside IPLs
