Instructions for getting a TOTP secret are no longer valid

I reset mine and then could not recreate by following the instructions in the README. But I spoke to Avanza's support and I now know how to do it. I could do a small PR for the new instructions. Should I?

I just logged in on https://www.avanza.se and resetting the two factor and going through the flow again. The only thing I can see that's not in the instructions is that you have to enter your password between steps 3 and 4. Otherwise everything was the same as before.

Yes, I also set it up yesterday and it works well.
