Adds licenses to the following files:

boards/msba2-common/tools/src/control_2xxx.c
cpu/arm_common/atomic.s
cpu/arm_common/common.s
cpu/lpc2387/asmfunc.s
cpu/lpc2387/startup.s

The remaining files with "unknown" license delivered by #1181 seem to be generated automatically.

boards/msba2-common/tools/src/boot_23xx.c
boards/msba2-common/tools/src/boot_2xxx.c

Does anybody know about the original authors or is FU Berlin ok?

not marked for Release 2014-05 due to discussion of untagging #392 too.

looks ok to me

For now I would give it NAK, because at least the tools for flashing the MSB-A2 came from a different origin than FUB and were released under GPLv3 IIRC. Gonna check.

According to the information that @LudwigOrtmann acquired, I'd suggest to put the GPLv2 boiler plate to the mentioned files in boards/msba2-common/tools/src/.

updated according to @LudwigOrtmann's investigations and @OlegHahm's comment.
Will 2014 as year be ok?

I guess one could interprete Paul's response as an renewed copyright claim. ;)
