Welcome to the JBioFramework wiki!

The software is comprised of 4 Main simulations:

... and a viewer for ChemAxon's MarvinSketch.

It was created at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) under an evolving research group headed by the dean of the College of Science, Dr. Paul Craig, to teach high school and undergraduate students the principles and practice of protein separation.

The pedagogical principles behind the software, its connection to the BLOOM Taxonomy, and the problem sets created to evaluate this learning are elaborated upon here.
