It's a common AMD graphics driver issue, I had one user on discord say CEMU used to have the same problem, and then it got fixed.
See https://jira.phoenixviewer.com/browse/FIRE-16829
Apparently it can be fixed by updating GFX drivers to the latest Radeon Crimson Relive.

Update: the line doesn't appear anymore using Ogl in the build posted on the RPCS3 Persona 5 now playable post.

Was noticing a conversation on Discord that apparently enabling Strict Rendering Mode fixes the glitch line.

Can anyone else reproduce this?

Can confirm Strict Rendering Mode fixes the glitch line. But performance take massive hit.

i7-6700K, 16GB RAM, RX 480 4GB.

Strict rendering mode is the accurate way to run the emulator. Its slow for that reason.

Is there no way to fix that glitch line on AMD cards other than to wait for a driver that hopefully fixes it to drop? Shoulda gotten a 1060... ;[
