Needs confirmation if it happens with Vulkan or not, and also testing with the different GPU accuracy related settings (SRM, Depth/Color buffers, Blit)

Game's also broken on Vulkan. With CPU Blit+WCB you can get this:

RSX captures changed. It would be in best interest to update the old information provided with new information for better results.

I know what's wrong with this one, it needs a lot of time to implement so it is not very high priority right now.
