To address following issues:

Modify firm_sim_scale_employees to not drop any establishments or create new establishments.
Enumerate foreign producers and consumers

Added foreign trade data calculations

Updated the tests setting files Commented the travis script as the new methods takes a long time to run the test script

Updated the write_table script so it can write csv files faster
