There is a problem with Steam shortcuts.

          There is a problem with Steam shortcuts.

When they are created, they look like this;
'C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Programs\Rare\Rare.exe'
And Start in look like this;
'C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Programs\Rare'

When launching the game, Windows throws an error, unable to find 'C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\Programs\Rare'
If I remove the leading and trailing character ', it loads without issue.
