From the forum, it seems there are some people that when seeing

Starting Rasa server on http://localhost:5005

are confused when you try to go to that page, you get a "this site can't be reached, localhost refused to connect" error.

Might be nice to add something to that page so that when people check if the connection is working they get some response.

It doesn't have to be anything fancy, e.g. if you have a duckling server running and go to http://localhost:8000, the page just says "quack!"
