• fix SegFault bug.
• add new lifecycle hooks: beforeStart, afterEnd.
• add new configuration macro #CLOCK_LINE_ENABLED. undef this when pure combinational logic is tested.

termcolor; new assertion method

• add new assertion method suffixed with F, TASSERT_INFO, TASSERTF, TASSERTIF, allow user to specify the format of the expected-actual pair that printed out with scanf.
• colorize the terminal output with termcolor.hpp.
