sounds not working

alright so I've updated from this to 1.1.3... it's been a long time coming. A glitch in the "uncensored mythra" made me stay on 1.1.3 because I could run that version and have the boob window on custom skins but I finally decided to give that up.

so I had to move my romfs/arc folder to ultimate/mods... why is this not supported anymore?

also, my sound/bank folder isn't working anymore. Kazyua announcer on CSS works as long as I'm running the English version but metaknight "brawl swords sounds" from fighter and "fighter_voice" (only s dunk hunt file I believe). what happened?

also while I make a new topic... can I recreate the boob window glitch with a custom skin?
