There is currently no way to finely scrub a video to see something frame-specific.
Patch
Allow users to scrub a video one frame at a time. This would be akin to using the "<" and ">" keys on desktop YouTube. This functionality might be patched in-app by adding additional buttons to the controls you see when a video is paused.
Motivation
Often times videos have Easter Eggs, captions, or other details that flash by quickly. The ability to scrub frame-by-frame would make these easier to see, especially considering how hard it is to get a frame-perfect pause.
