feat: Spotify, 3rd party lyrics

Feature description

Spotify made lyrics premium, with 3 songs having lyrics for free, there should be a patch that brings in lyrics from a 3rd party

Also I have some side requests to be patches

• ad blocking (ik this specific one has been requested before, but the past requests seem to be bad requests, also a feature on xmanager)
• unlimited skips (this is a feature on xmanager, would be nice if revanced has this too)
• play on demand (also a feature on xmanager, would also be nice if revanced has this too)

Motivation

Lyrics can be useful, and it doesn't make sense for them to be locked behind a paywall.

For the side patch requests, it would be nice for them to be on revanced too, and gives more good options for patched spotify apps.

EeveeSpotify is already using 3rd party providers for the Apple devices, so it should be possible for revanced ig

I greatly support these patches. No premium is enough as long as Ad-Blocking implemented in revanced. I want to hear clear songs without interrupted by some audio ads.

There are excellent lyrics apps that can be used while the song is playing. It's not seamlessly integrated into the Spotify UI but doing that would be more complex to realize than what it's worth.
