Description of the change

Update copy for IDOC:

P0: Remove the "Can programming help reduce disparities?" section from the Racial Disparities section completely.
P0: Remove the following sentences from the Racial Disparities page ("How can parole grant rates impact disparities?")
"In 2019, under guidance from Governor Burgum and then-Director of Corrections Leann Bertsch, the DOC and the Parole Board began tracking and reporting racial data for the parole process in order to monitor and reduce disparities in the population granted parole."
