Description of the change

Update Idaho copy in preparation for Idaho launch. Changes based on https://docs.google.com/document/d/1T3emlJoD2HNRvyeXoFhs1XnWHkkFXeyS/edit#

I think this should be part of closing #586 however, the "What are we doing to further improve disparities in criminal justice in Idaho?" copy hasn't been updated yet.

Type of change

  • Bug fix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)
  • New feature (non-breaking change that adds functionality)
  • Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
  • Configuration change (adjusts configuration to achieve some end related to functionality, development, performance, or security)

Looking good! A few additional comments before we merge:

  • @samanthahuff wrote up a methodology doc for the Riders narrative; we can add this into the relevant sections.
  • We also forgot to remove any mentions of North Dakota's Community Placement Program in the methodology sections (thank you for catching this Sam!). Let's make sure we remove those!
  • IDOC is actually "Idaho Department of Correction" (no 's'), as pointed out by IDOC's director upon review.
  • I added two small addendums on Riders in the copy document.

Methodology doc is finalized.

Note title change for the "What is the reincarceration rate for riders" to "What is the reincarceration rate for riders released to supervision?" (Three Year Reincarceration Rate)
