Since there is no 1.19.4 branch, this could just be merged in to master, then have master renamed in to 1.19.4?

This PR changes the project format back into single version as well for easier maintainability.

Hey, would 1.20 version be as complicated (at least for me lol) as 1.19 to do? Would you be willing to take over the project maybe, if you have time to do that obviously? I don't know whether author's dead but it looks like it, sadly. It looks like mozillas license allows that
