Business Objective

• Minimize the gap between male and female hired in the company.
• Reduce the company's annual paid salaries from $5.8 Bn to $1.17 Bn in order to reduce its expenses by 20%.
• The company wants to offer bonuses at the end of the year to reward those segments with a budget of $50 Mn.
