IBIS - Gestão de Atas is a meetings manager web app.
It was created as the final project of a Technologies and Information Systems Programming course.
The app allows the class coordinators to book class meetings with the other class teachers. It gathers every teacher feedback regarding each student of that class, so that the class coordinator can automatically print out a minute of that meeting in pdf format.
There are 3 user roles: admin (Administrador), coordinator (Coordenador) and teacher (Formador).
The following Use Cases diagram gives an overview on what each role is able to do within the app. (written in portuguese)
After installation and seeding you can login as
an Admin
User: admin@example.com
Pass: 123456789
a Coordinator

To get a local copy up and running follow these simple steps.
Please check the official laravel installation guide for Server Requirements before you start.
Clone the repository
git clone git@github.com:Ricano/ibis.git
Switch to the repo folder
cd ibis
Install all the dependencies using composer
composer install
Copy the example env file and make the required configuration changes in the .env file
cp .env.example .env
Generate a new application key
php artisan key:generate
Run the database migrations (Set the database connection in .env before migrating)
php artisan migrate
Run the database seeder
php artisan db:seed
Start the local development server
php artisan serve
You can now access the server at http://localhost:8000
