now saves 4chan images with the submitted name instead of timestamp
duplicated file names are resolved by appending "_" characters to the start, eg file.png, _file.png, __file.png

not tested, but seems to work

Pooled Threads

Changed the way download threads are created, only allowing the same number of logical cores available on your computer.

Also checks for write permissions for the download directory.
