This repository contains the code and data used to generate the charts for the paper First-Stage Dynamics of the Immune System and Cancer (Paper name has been updated).

All plots are generated from the jupyter notebook Plots.ipynb

Data for multiple types of tumors from papers $^1$ and $^2$ can be found in the file lifetime.csv
