Provide a new driver specifically for Google Cloud Storage (GCS) compatibility.

The currently included AWS S3 driver is somewhat compatible, but given that a dedicated GCS adapter for Flysystem is available, it should be available as a dedicated driver.

Class: GcsDriver

Configuration options and their names are yet to be specified.

This request has been made redundant with proper implementation of AWS S3, which GSC is compatible with.
