Small NPC updates.

• NPCs will lose aggro when target is dead.
• NPC will spawn in walking mode. When attacked, they will switch to run.
• Basic NPC HTML message window implemented.

For testing, click the map icon to spawn an NPC and display a message window.

First windows build

First windows build. To run, simply execute gs.bat and ls.bat. Open your Lineage 2 C4 client (with system or host pointing to localhost or 127.0.0.1) and use any credentials (it auto-creates accounts).
