  • Search for / create a variant that is very long, eg 22:21802790-22555544 is 752kb long
  • Load the variant page

It appears to hang, seems to be inside VariantTranscriptSelections._add_other_annotation_consortium_transcripts

Re-opening for Shariant testing
Go to the variant page for the longest number of base pair variants we have, I’m not entirely sure if Shariant having turned off annotation page would have been affected in the first place, but probably a good test anyway.
