app_tid adaption (#1238)

* add app_tid claim, add deprecation notice for zone-uuid

* add getAppTid method and deprecate getZoneId in Token interface

* add app_tid claim to JwtGenerator

* add x-app_tid and x-client_id headers

* update DefaultOAuth2TokenKeyService

* update SpringOAuth2TokenKeyService with x-app_tid and x-client_id
headers

* update OAuth2TokenKeyServiceWithCache
