Plus a minor change to .gitignore which adds the contents of /doc/

From 300 dpi 5x7 to 250 dpi 4x6 to reduce CRAN size
Files are now 1500x1000 px instead of 2100x1500
reduced 10 kb
Trimmed 420 kb from graphic
Include /doc/ and exclude .DS_Store. CRAN will still build their own /doc/
