A unified schema for representing data integrated in the iASiS knowledge graph. This schema defines the main classes and properties presented in data sources that make available genomic data, scientific publications, clinical notes, and drug interactions and the relationships among them.
The iASiS unified scehma has been defined by members of the Scientific Data Management Group at TIB, Samaneh Jozashoori (samaneh.jozashoori@tib.eu), Maria Isabel Castellanos (maria.castellanos@tib.eu), and Farah Karim (farah.karim@tib.eu) under the supervision of Maria-Esther Vidal (maria.vidal@tib.eu).
