This is done only for the workflows with multiple jobs that depend on Python. It will allow the user to set a specific Python version for a job in a workflow, separately from the other jobs.

Exchange the
python_versioninput in workflows with multiple jobs that depend on Python to new job-specific inputs in order to allow users to set the Python version for a job separately from other jobs within the same workflow.
