PLEASE NOTE: if you want to test mail send/receive in the development
environment, please install (and then run) mailcatcher, like so:
$ gem install mailcatcher
$ mailcatcherthen, as described in the mailcatcher documentation, you may check the
testing mail sent pointing your browser here.
