Space heating storage issue

SH storage is installed in every case. With economic optimization, SH storage is installed with minimum capacity and used for a very small energy flow throughout the year. When minimum capacity is 0, a very small capacity is installed (0.1L in my case) and it stores in 10e-4 kWh at each timestep and nothing out. We don't have this problem with the batteries.
