Description

• Update swift-collections version from 1.0.6 to 1.1.0.
• Update Urbanairship version from 16.12.5 to 16.12.6.
• Update UserCentrics version from 2.11.1 to 2.13.2.
• Update TagCommander SDK version from 5.4.4 to 5.4.6.
• Update FireBase version from 10.19.1 to 10.22.1.

Checklist

• The branch should be rebased onto the develop branch for whole tests with nighties, but it's not required.*
• The code followed the code style as make quality passes with a green tick on the last commit.
