Improve how hidden teams are handled

As mentioned in the PR #838, hidden teams handling should be improved because they may clash with existing user names. One proposed solution is to create a team with a random name, and then reference it in the users table. Note that a fix for this issue should also come with a way to transition users with the current situation to the new one.
