Is your feature request related to a problem?

A user can convert between a Table and a dict by using the methods from_dict and to_dict. Similarly, a conversion between a Row and a dict would make sense.

Desired solution

  • Add a method from_dict that creates a Row from a dict[str, Any]. Note that this differs from the the from_dict method of a Table, which expects a dict[str, list[Any]].
  • Add a method to_dict that converts a Row to a dict[str, Any]. Note that this differs from the the to_dict method of a Table, which creates a dict[str, list[Any]].

Closes #204.

### Summary of Changes

Add two methods to `Row`:
* `from_dict` to create a `Row` from a `dict[str, Any]`
* `to_dict` to convert a `Row` to a `dict[str, Any]`
